These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the FlipSum mobile application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
FlipSum is a math-based puzzle game designed for general audiences, including children with parental guidance. You may use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes only.
FlipSum does not require account creation and does not collect personally identifiable information. Some technical data may be processed by third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy.
Certain features may be offered as optional in-app purchases (“IAP”). All transactions are processed through Apple’s App Store and subject to Apple’s payment policies.
• We do not store your payment details. • Purchases can be restored through Apple’s restore mechanism. • All sales are final according to Apple’s refund policies.
FlipSum may display third-party advertisements. Ad content is managed by the ad network and may not always be fully controlled by us. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
FlipSum does not contain chat, data entry fields, or social features. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children during gameplay and manage IAP restrictions through Apple’s parental controls.
All graphics, code, designs, and content in the App are owned by the developer and protected by applicable copyright laws.
The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
We may update these Terms when necessary. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
